Monitor files throughout the closing process to make sure the title is clear, fees are accurate and parties are aware of any developments
Prepare documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions
Established book of business
Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate timely, professionally and courteously with all clients.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with technology and learn new programs quickly
A Multi-Tasker: Ability to work with high-level multi-tasking skills and prioritize in a fast-paced constantly changing environment. Ability to balance the workload to accommodate the demands of the job and exceed customer expectations
